To use Secura Key Quick Support, you
must first contact Secura Key at 800-891-0020 and ask for Technical
Support. Quick Support allows our technician to remotely log on to
your PC to help you troubleshoot problems or assist you in
configuring your system.
When the
technician asks you to click on the Quick Support button, you will
run the exe file. Click Run when prompted, then click Run again at
the next prompt. The Secura Key Quick Support window will appear,
and the application will assign you an ID number and Password, which
you will provide to the technician, allowing them to log on to your
PC.
